1, Read professional books.
Vault and Barefoot are all very good resources

2, Practice, practice, practice.
Suggest to use your school's facilite to do mock interviews. I have a friend who used to do 10 mock interviews with different helpers for just one top job posting.

3, Be aggressive, show passion and interest, asking well-thought questions. Passion is very very important.

4, Work on first impression(first three minutes), smile(remember my tip?)
