then something like Haiguinet can probabbly help. It depends on how much service you need. If you need more service, I am not sure if the current haiguinet resources can satisfy your needs.

If you don't have the time to do the html yourself, then contract it to a small company in China. People there are good at html pages. It's cheap for such contracts. You do need some good testing of the pages before they are pushed out into use. Testing should include different versions of IE or Netscape (you can specify which versions to satisfy), and on different machines.

You can get very good service from big ISP names like AT&T, IBM, etc. They charge you more, but in this case of mostly static html pages, the cost should be minimal. And of course you get very good services from such companies, and you can of course see your pages from out of the States.

If your site involves programing, then it's a little more complicated -- I am not sure if a small company in China can handle your request, depending on your programming complexity.
