Thanks for your question. Currently we have core members and peripheral members in our bridge project. The ones who have clear assignments and job responsibilities are core members; the ones who are interested in bridge project and willing to contribute time or resources but have no clear assignments and responsibilities yet are peripheral members. The core members have obligations to complete the assignment assigned to them, but the peripheral members currently have no obligations. All the contributions to bridge project, no matter from core members or peripheral members, will be recorded and will be compensated with money or stock options in the future.
