Requirement
n Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
n Fluently oral and write Korean
n Preferably more than 3 years experience in supporting OpenView or Novadigm products.
n Ability to solve problems and/or identify, verify and document problems. Deliver effective information via the telephone.
n Ability and desire to effectively interact with people.
n Possess strong team leadership skill and escalation management experience are preferred.
n Knowledge and experience with Software Configuration and Change Management, Software Distribution, Server Management is a plus.
n The candidate should possess experience with desktop and server trouble-shooting;
n experience installing software applications on client/server environment (Operating Systems: Windows 9x, Windows NT, 2000, 2003, Unix, Linux).
Responsibilities:
n To achieve industry leading customer satisfaction and loyalty through delivery of high level, technical support to OpenView customer base.
n Perform problem recreation and determination on complex issues; Perform assessment with diagnostic information in a timely manner with client/server applications
n Perform enhancement verification and release testing for assigned products; Understanding of MSI technology; Knowledge of Enterprise or Server Application Deployment Solutions.
n Take ownership of customer issues, understand their environment and the issues impact, then develop, document and deliver timely and effective solutions that maximize customer's system availability. Where appropriate engage local and worldwide resources to assist in issue resolution.
n Facilitate the success of other parts through collaborative problem solving, knowledge sharing, mentoring and proactive activities.
