1.Experience in IT ERP area, experience of service management and ITIL knowledge is a plus
2.Experience in SAP SD/MM module is highly preferred, SAP ALE or ABAP or Basis knowledge is a plus
3.Fluent in oral and written English, multi cultural / linguistic is a plus
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
