Also, who is 谭荣辉(Ken Hom) besides 英国《金融时报》撰稿人? What's his background? Is he in Hongkong? "我们在那里享用到的佳肴,味道与香港的一样好" and he was commenting on Sichuan dishes at “凰庭”. LOL.
